Cut Your Winter Heating Costs in Half

When you want to work on controlling the heat that goes into each room you will start by replacing the small heat ducts in your home with giant rectangular distribution ducts and large registers to go into each room.  After that, each room will need its own thermostat to control how high the temperature should go.  Remember that a simple purchase of pneumatic heaters can make the vents a lot more effective.  Some people even put sensors on the doorknobs to make the room start heating as soon as they go in.
